Behind #mezcalsacrifico, we are a team of people building a noble mezcal, an attribute of the mezcal tradition and preserving the soul of Oaxaca in each bottle. We are located in arid soil in the mountains of Tlacolula in the hills of the state of Oaxaca.

At Destilería Sacrificio, our goal is to deliver a quality Mezcal for many years. To achieve this, we have designed a sustainability plan where we dedicate ourselves to planting hundreds of hectares of agave every year that we return to our land to ensure the future of our agaves and return what we have sacrificed.
Our Products
Mezcal Sacrificio comes from a traditional recipe with Mexican roots. For each Mezcal we work the land for 10 years to achieve the proper maturity of the Agave and deliver the best quality in each bottle. We take care of the last detail of its elaboration.
Joven
100% AGAVE ESPADÍN
Traditionally distilled and then placed in stainless steel tanks for 30 days to enhance the agave flavor while softening the presence of alcohol. Wood, herb and fruity aromas are characteristic.
Reposado
100% AGAVE ESPADÍN
Intense aromas and flavors originated from combining semi-wild and wild agaves since they are cooked, grinded and fermented together.
Tobalá
100% AGAVE TOBALÁ
Produced from the rare wild agave Potatorum (Tobalá). Fully matured organically harvested agaves.
Añejo
50% AGAVE ESPADÍN (Angustifolia How)
50% AGAVE BARRIL (Karwinskii)
